The next series of updates will review construction of the leg assembly and casters.
Legs & Casters Part I
The sled foot and stretchers are joined using loose tenons. The Festool Domino makes for dust free quick and accurate work. Clamps, clamps, clamps . . . we never have enough! I made note that this year I will add more clamps to my arsenal!
The bench will rest on a set of heavy-duty dual locking polyurethane casters from Woodcraft. This should make for a solid but movable workbench.
